Poor Albert is terribly thin, as he's having trouble eating... we fear he might have caught a calicivirus!

1. He's so thin!

Albert is a seven-year-old cat, very thin and rather shy, who recently came to one of our feeding sites. He's having trouble eating, which makes us suspect the presence of a calicivirus...

As soon as we can catch him and when we have the funds, we'll take him to the vet for some tests!

2. Blankets could keep him warm

While we find out more about his condition, blankets would help to keep Albert warm. They would offer him a place to rest and regain strength. Not having to sleep directly on the ground would be a great relief for him!

3. New feeding sites, veterinary costs, lack of foster homes: our association is under pressure!

We're currently facing significant financial challenges. Several collections have allowed us to cover various veterinary costs, but this has reduced our budget for food!

We also recently had to take over a new feeding site, which means an additional twenty cats to feed! With the impending arrival of the first kittens of the year and a shortage of foster homes, our resources are being stretched more than ever...
