Because of a strabismus, poor Slopie has a lot of difficulties in her daily life...

1. A strabismus complicates her life!

Slopie is an old cat, suffering from a very pronounced strabismus. It is a big handicap for her in everyday life. She has a lot of trouble making a place for herself among the other cats when eating.

We have to help her everytime, because she can barely make her way to the food.

2. Her teeth no longer allow her to chew...

With age, Slopie's teeth have become damaged. The current state of her teeth does no longer allow the poor kitty to chew kibble. She needs another food source!

3. Blankets would allow her to rest comfortably

With blankets, Slopie could rest comfortably. This would help her recover from the tiring days she's been having.

4. We are lacking means!

We are waiting for possible subsidies, which may not arrive. Our association is too recent to receive the support of the Bardot foundation. With a hundred cats to take care of, the situation has become very difficult...
