1. He was chased everywhere

Mistral was abandoned. He was then chased away from everywhere he tried to settle down. And his condition got worse with time...

2. He is very skinny

Mistral's mouth is very damaged from the time he spent on the street. Because he can't eat enough, he suffers from malnutrition. He is skeletal and very weak. So much so that the person who caught him wanted to have him put down!

3. Blankets will keep him warm

Mistral doesn't have much strength left. And fighting the cold takes a lot of strength too. Blankets will help him to keep his energy up and prevent him from catching any more diseases...
