1. He was abandoned in the cold !

Gaston is a cat between 5 and 8 years old. He was abandoned outside in the freezing cold, two years ago. Since then, every winter, he tends to lose weight... Right now, he is very skinny!

2. He is often injured...

Not used to defend himself, Gaston is often hurt by other cats. He is covered with scratches, and regularly has wounds that need to be treated. Recently, he had a big wound behind his ear, and needed to be put on antibiotics.

3. With canned food, he could put on weight until the warm weather comes back

In order to survive the persistent cold and wet weather, Gaston will need canned food. Such a complete, protein-rich diet would allow him to regain all the weight he lost this winter.

4. It's endless!

In order to feed, neuter and care for the cats that need me, I have to finance everything with my salary. But my means are not extensible: new cats are regularly abandoned to me, which are new mouths to feed. I can't go on like this forever!
