A Pas de Chats decided to move forward the ending date of their campaign because the quantity left in their stock of canned food is highly critical. They are conscious that it might increase the risk of failure of this campaign.
Anoki is a cat of about 3 years old, that we found wandering in the street. He was aggressive, because he was suffering from terrible mouth pain! His teeth were completely damaged, and his gums were purulent... The vet suspects a calicivirus!
To relieve the pain, the veterinarian was obliged to remove the teeth which were the most damaged. He still has some, but not enough to chew the kibble we can give him.
To start eating again, Anoki will need canned food that are very easy to swallow. This would allow him to replenish his vitamins, and eat his fill without suffering. This would be a big change for him!
Until recently, we were still at 300 cats to take care of, with a deficit of several thousands of euros. Unfortunately, there have been many deaths, as well as a few adoptions. So the number of cats has decreased, but we still need help!
