1. She was suffering from coryza which turned into calicivirus...

Gommette is a 13 years old cat, that we found on the road about ten years ago. She suffers from coryza, which progressively mutated into calicivirus: she has great difficulty breathing and has ulcers at the bottom of her mouth. Eating and grooming herself has become very complicated for her!

2. Canned food would help her to gain weight

With easy-to-eat canned food, Gommette could get her strength back without having too much pain in her mouth. It would also be an opportunity to give her some medication, which would help relieve her pain.

3. We don't have enough money to buy food!

As for many associations at the moment, the economic situation is particularly difficult. We have few donations, but we take care of many old and sick animals that need to be treated. The little money we have goes to veterinary expenses...
