Emaciation, damaged teeth... Niq is not in the best shape!

1. He is so skinny!

Niq is a donkey of about 30 years old, who was headed for the slaughterhouse. Luckily, we were able to take care of him and save him from such a fate. But we are worried because he is so skinny...

2. His teeth are damaged...

Niq's teeth are so worn out that the dentist can't do anything anymore. Grazing on grass or chewing hay has become impossible for him.

3. Pellets would help him regain strength

To gain weight and maintain himself despite his age, Niq will need supplementation. Pellets in a mash consistency would provide him with a rich and balanced source of food that would give him everything he needs to be in better shape.

4. We have many older horses!

The association is so short on budget that volunteers are digging into their own pockets more and more often. Pellets are indeed essential for us, as many of our horses are old and need supplementation...
