Lolita is an 8-year-old cat who experiences pain in her mouth. The inflammation caused by a calicivirus is making it almost impossible for her to chew her kibble, causing her severe discomfort. We have medication to give her.

2. Canned food would help her take her medication

A wet diet would help Lolita take her medication without difficulty. It would also provide a good means for her to regain some energy, without experiencing too much discomfort in her teeth and gums while eating.
