Tissie is a 2-year-old cat, living outdoors near a public swimming pool. Poor Tissie tragically suffers from a calicivirus, causing mouth pain. Consequently, she tends to eat less and lose weight.

2. Blankets would shield her from the cold this winter

A set of blankets would provide Tissie with a warm, comfortable spot to rest. She would no longer need to sleep directly on the damp, dirty ground, significantly reducing her risk of falling seriously ill.
