"In our shelter, the shortage of kibble has become an alarming reality. Our already tight budget is no longer sufficient to renew our kibble stock. Prices are rising, but our resources are stagnating. Our appeals for donations are having no effect, and aid is becoming increasingly rare...
Every day, I am faced with the sad necessity of rationing the kibble portions, knowing that this is not enough to satisfy our dogs' hunger. This takes a heavy toll on their health. I see them losing weight and vitality...
In the streets, where malnutrition is even more severe, the once docile dogs are pushed to extremes; they fight over crumbs! I watch helplessly these heart-rending scenes of hunger. Without a renewal of our stock, I fear the worst for these animals who depend entirely on our help. This campaign represents a fragile but essential hope for saving these innocent lives!"
"The shortage of kibble is jeopardizing our dogs' health. I see them losing weight every day, getting weaker. The slightest illness, once harmless, now becomes a serious threat in the absence of adequate nutrition.
The survival of the new arrivals, already weakened by life on the streets, becomes increasingly uncertain. Their eyes, full of hope when they arrive, quickly become tinged with concern when they see our increasingly empty bowls.... My heart sinks at the thought of not being able to offer them what they need most. Without kibble, their ability to recover, even from a simple cough, is compromised!
Anxiety grips me every time I think about the future. The lack of kibble could turn our shelter from a place of security and love into a place of daily suffering and death! Every day, I scan our dwindling resources, knowing that the day we run out of kibble is fast approaching..."
"I've looked everywhere for help, but the responses are discouraging. Our appeals for donations on social media seem lost in the void, failing to attract the necessary attention. Personal contacts, from whom we had hoped to find support, failed to provide any kibble.
Even neighboring shelters, themselves struggling with similar difficulties, can't share their resources. Local businesses, despite our repeated appeals, remain detached from our crisis. The cost of kibble continues to rise, making it almost impossible on our limited budget. Our savings, once a safety net, are now depleted. To make matters worse, our existing debts are blocking any new purchases!
This bleak picture haunts me every day. The dogs' dependence on us for their dietary survival is an overwhelming responsibility, and the thought of seeing them go hungry for lack of kibble is unbearable!"
"The lack of kibble is affecting all our activities and forcing us to make difficult decisions. Our rescue patrols, which used to be regular, have become less frequent. Limited supplies of kibble reduce our ability to respond to emergency situations. It breaks my heart to know that stray dogs, who could be rescued and rehabilitated, are being left to their fate for lack of sufficient resources!
What's more, the quality of care we can offer dogs is diminishing. This situation makes me wonder about the long-term viability of our mission. Without a regular supply of kibble, our ability to provide a safe haven and care for these dogs is in jeopardy. This fills me with deep concern for the future of our shelter and these animals we cherish so dearly."
"In our shelter in Morocco, we face a colossal challenge. The burden of our responsibilities is growing all the time, and I feel increasingly lonely in this fight for the dogs. Our efforts, often unrecognized, struggle to attract the attention needed for substantial support. The emotional pressure of seeing these animals depend entirely on us for their survival is a constant burden.
I do my utmost to raise awareness of our cause, but despite our best efforts, there is still not enough recognition for our work. In this environment, every gesture counts, every day is a race against time to save and care for these animals. Our determination remains strong, but without the necessary help, the reality could become tragic for these dogs who have nowhere else to go."
