"The cost of feeding the 400 free cats who rely on us is enormous. Today, we only have a few bags of kibble left, barely enough to last a few days... With the catastrophic year we've just been through, we can't afford to buy any more!

It's getting harder and harder to supply the 30 feeding sites attached to our association. We're starting to ration the cats a little, but some are falling ill. The poor things are hungry, and wait impatiently for us every morning... With winter just around the corner, we're afraid they'll die if we run out of kibble to feed them!

2. Increasing number of cats, rare donations, loss of resources: the association is in disarray!

"Donations have become very rare: we haven't received any for six months. We used to get them all year round... People are losing purchasing power, so they can't help us anymore.
