1. Regular hoof trimming is necessary

Molly is in her twenties. She has a rather significant jaw problem, yet she seems to cope with it on a daily basis.

What is more challenging, however, are her ailments related to laminitis. The condition requires frequent assistance from the farrier, which adds considerably to our expenses.

2. The pellets will provide her with food

Regular nourishment is important for Molly. The pellets will provide her with the energy she needs to face the cold season. In this way, she'll remain in optimal health, preventing any decline in her condition despite her advancing years.

3. Our budget can no longer keep up

We only have a hectare of pasture for all our horses, so they must be fed hay year-round. But the price of hay has soared! It has put such a strain on our budget that we've had to prioritise the most urgent veterinary treatments because we simply can't afford them all...
