Infected by an intestinal parasite, poor Fifi has severe diarrhoea...
It is always a huge disappointment to see a campaign fail, it means that the concerned animals will not receive any help. Unfortunately, we can not ship incomplete campaigns.
We want to maximize the help we are all bringing to the animals in distress. Our campaign goals are calculated to balance our storage, delivery and manufacturing costs of the offered products.
Delivering failed campaigns would generate too many costs, which would eventually lead to the bankruptcy of the website and leave all the animals that we could have helped alone...
The delivery of unfinished campaigns is also physically impossible for some products (if only 50% of a kennel is financed: we can not cut it in half).
Our activity is regulated by the french tax law, it forbides us to transfer money instead of the advertised product (article L 548-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code).
For this reason, when a campaign fails, donations are immediately refunded. If they want to, donors can send this money directly to the association.
Our activity is regulated by the french tax law, it forbides us to use the money for anything else than the original use announced in the campaign (article L 548-1).
So, unfortunately, we are not allowed to transfer donations from a campaign to another.
Free clicks are saved before being reallocated to other campaigns (free clicks being immaterial, they are not submited to the same obligations than financial donations).
This campaign failed, it won't be delivered... Collected quantities have been cancelled (payments have been transfered back and free clicks have been saved in a stock).

Animal Webaction visited the site 04 January 2024 and confirms the situation described below.
"My reserves of kibble are completely dry. At the refuge, I find myself reduced to giving the cats leftovers, which is far from adequate for their health. The cats are losing weight at an alarming rate, they have less energy. I can see their condition deteriorating day by day....
This shortage has also forced me to interrupt my usual feeding rounds in the streets. These times were crucial, not only to feed the stray cats, but also to monitor their health and well-being. Today, with no kibble to offer them, I feel powerless to deal with their plight. Some street cats have even died... Their dependence on me for survival has never been so obvious, or so heartbreaking...
This critical situation demands an immediate response, but I'm at a loss. I have no money to buy new kibble! The cats, both those in the refuge and those on the streets, rely on me for their survival. I can't let them down..."
"In the shelter, the situation is quickly getting worse in the absence of kibble. Cats become increasingly vulnerable to diseases, and those that are already ill struggle to recover... Hunger also causes tension, and aggression between them increases, disturbing the fragile peace of the refuge.
At the same time, the street cats, used to my feeding rounds, are now left to their own devices. I watch them venture further and further afield, crossing roads and risking accidents every day... As well as hunger, the cold is becoming a formidable enemy. Without food to sustain their energy, their ability to protect themselves from the cold diminishes, making them even more vulnerable.
Seeing the cats weakened, vulnerable and in danger fills me with deep anxiety. They depend entirely on me to live, and at the moment I'm unable to provide them with what they need most. Every day without kibble is another step towards an outcome that I dread and that has unfortunately already happened.... The death of one of the cats I'm supposed to be protecting!"
"I'm coming up against increasingly insurmountable financial obstacles. My appeals for donations on social media are met with limited responses, as do my proposals to sponsor cats. I also try to promote adoptions to reduce the number of cats in the shelter, but here again, the results are disappointing. Adoptions are still rare, and the cats are still flooding in...
I've tried to negotiate reduced rates with kibble suppliers but they all refuse, citing their own economic constraints. I struggle to find viable solutions, to no avail. The gap between our needs and our resources is widening day by day...
Every day, I fight for these cats, but the lack of financial support makes my mission increasingly perilous. This series of failures has plunged me into despair... I've reached a dead end! This campaign is the only way I can get my head above water and ensure the survival of my cats."
"Managing the shelter's operational costs has become a real headache! Every decision I make is dictated by the crying shortage of kibble... I'm forced to allocate my limited resources inefficiently, impacting all my operations.
The management of emergencies and other veterinary care is now complicated by the lack of funds, which are diverted first and foremost to the purchase of food. This is jeopardising the health of the cats, both those already in my care and those I could save if I had kibble!
At the same time, the refuge's much-needed expansion plans have also been put on hold, as all my attention must be focused on this immediate kibble crisis. My adoptions are also at an all-time low, because a cat that's malnourished and in poor health doesn't attract any interest... My love for these animals remains unshakeable, but without kibble all my actions on their behalf are in vain!"
"All my days are spent caring for the abandoned and stray cats in my town. My tasks are varied: feeding the cats, cleaning their spaces, caring for the injured and sick, and above all, offering them affection and security. I fight to give them a better life, by looking for loving families to adopt them. Every cat I rescue and adopt strengthens my hope and determination!
But this responsibility also involves financial challenges, as I have to continually find funds for kibble, veterinary care and the upkeep of the shelter. Despite the importance of my work, I often feel alone in the face of the difficulties I encounter. The lack of support, both moral and financial, is unfortunately my daily lot...
I do my best to extend my support network and I also try to raise community awareness of the cause of stray and abandoned cats. Despite the difficulties, I remain focused on my mission, also taking care to preserve my own health so that I can continue this essential fight... The moral support I receive from certain people, and the love of my cats, are the reasons that give me the strength to persevere."
