Grizette is a six-year-old cat who is expecting kittens. She lives outdoors and is already on her second litter of the year. Caring for her kittens will be all the more challenging in the winter cold...

2. She can no longer chew!

Grizette had all decayed teeth. They had to be removed, as it became painful. Unfortunately, she can no longer chew today.

3. Blankets would allow her to sleep warmly

With a set of fleece blankets, Grizette would no longer have to sleep right on the frozen ground. She would also be better protected from the cold and dampness when giving birth. Once her little ones are born, she could cuddle up in the blankets with them, awaiting the return of warmer weather!

4. Everything gets harder in winter…

There have been many cats missing this year, due to fights over feeding areas. But with the arrival of kittens, the number of mouths to feed has nonetheless increased.

The return of winter complicates our task a little more: the most vulnerable animals will fall ill. They will require care and a specific diet, which we can no longer afford...
