Injured in one leg, poor Jeannot was going to be put down!

1. He nearly had to be put down!

Jeannot is a cat of about five years, whom we have recently taken in as an emergency. He was found injured in a garden by his owner, with a severely injured hind leg…

Unfortunately, this injury required amputation. As his owner was considering euthanasia, we chose to take care of him.

2. With blankets, he could recover in warmth

Blankets would be extremely beneficial to Jeannot in his healing process! They would offer him a comfortable place to rest during his convalescence.

In addition, they would help prevent any potential complications, by keeping him clean and warm, thus promoting a swift and effective recovery from post-surgical wounds.

3. There are more and more abandonments!

Currently, our association is trying to recover financially, after being overwhelmed by bills.

We look after about a hundred cats, and recently, we have noticed an increase in the abandonments of adult cats. These situations increase our responsibilities and burdens, which are not easy to manage!
