Abandoned on a motorway, poor Kalie has remained very wary of humans...

1. She was abandoned on a motorway!

Kalie is a six-year-old dog who was left on a motorway. When we found her, her mother lay dead beside her...

Despite the three years that have passed since, Kalie remains very wary of humans, as the first she encountered did not care for her.

2. She has a very fragile skeleton...

Kalie must have lacked food as a puppy, as her bones are particularly fragile. Not long ago, she broke her hind legs and had to undergo surgery after making a small jump ... It's the second time this has happened to her!

3. Canned food would give her all the nutrients she needs

Rich in quality ingredients, canned food would provide Kalie with the energy boost she needs each day. Such a source of food would also bring much comfort to her heart. It would be a good way to continue to show her that we care and that she is now in good hands.

4. We do not have subsidies...

We have been running the association since 2011, and currently look after about fifty animals, including many sick cats. There are only three of us volunteers to manage everything, including financially.

Without subsidies, and with only limited support for sterilisation and identification of animals, we often have to dip into our personal finances to feed the cats ... But with the inflation, we will not be able to continue like this for long!
