Opale is a 24-year-old horse who has lost a considerable amount of weight whilst in foster care due to being unable to cope with environmental changes. He has since returned to the association and is comforted by the regular routine. As he ages, we fear he might become increasingly susceptible...

2. Pellets would help him maintain his condition

To stabilise his weight, Opale needs to be supplemented all year round. Given his age, such a source of nutrients would be of great support to him. He could benefit from important minerals and vitamins, which would help him stay in shape.

3. Winter complicates our financial situation...

With the onset of winter, the association's expenses increase. We try our best to raise some money from Christmas markets, but it's not enough. During this period, the animals need more food and care, etc. Our budget is insufficient to cope!
