Weight loss, general weakening: poor Minou has hypothyroidism!

1. She has thyroid troubles…

Minou, a female cat of around 12 years old, began to lose weight and show signs of illness. As a result, we took her to the vet for tests, which diagnosed her with hypothyroidism.

Due to a lack of available foster homes, we were forced to return her to her original territory, where we now go daily to give her the medication she will need for the rest of her life.

2. Blankets would keep her warm

A set of blankets would provide Minou with some much-needed warmth and comfort, even though she currently lives outdoors. Not having to sleep directly on the ground would be a relief for her!

These blankets could also help provide Minou with a comforting and snug space, allowing her to get proper rest and regain her strength.

3. New feeding sites, vet bills, lack of foster homes: our association is under pressure!

We are currently facing significant financial challenges. Several collection drives have helped us cover various vet bills, but this has reduced our budget for food!

We also had to take responsibility for a new feeding site recently, which means an additional twenty cats to feed! Now, with the imminent arrival of the year's first kittens and a shortage of foster homes, our resources are more strained than ever…
