1. He needs to undergo surgery

Monty has serious mouth problems. He drools a lot because of the pain. But what's most alarming is that he can no longer eat solid food.

He's losing weight and becoming weaker. It's going to be necessary to have his teeth removed in an attempt to bring him some relief...
