Cesar is a very young cat, born outdoors just a few months ago. He has lived his whole life on the streets. He's had to endure ill-treatment, as he is always terrified. Scared of humans and other cats, he doesn’t dare to approach for food…

2. Canned food could help him regain trust

Canned food suitable for his age would provide Cesar with a much-needed energy boost.

Such comforting food would likely help to sooth him and regain his trust. We would feed him separately, to ensure his benefit. This might help Cesar to become more sociable, thus increasing his chances of one day being adopted!

3. The association is facing a budget deficit...

Our association is constantly dealing with financial challenges, which were made worse by the unpredictable events of last winter, which severely impacted our budget. Essential purchases of food and equipment for our wards have led to a significant deficit!

Currently, we are caring for about ten cats in foster homes, and overseeing feeding sites… Our capacity is fully strained!
