Mouth ulcers, gum inflammation, missing teeth: Sanny has a calicivirus!

1. He lost his teeth due to a virus…

Sanny is a two-year-old cat, who was found near a pond following a report. He was suffering from a severe calicivirus, which required the extraction of all his teeth.

Since then, he continues to battle ulcers in his mouth and on his tongue. Therefore, we provide him with regular care using antibiotics and anti-inflammatories every two weeks.

2. Blankets would allow him to rest comfortably

Blankets would offer Sanny additional comfort and warmth, helping to stabilise his body temperature. A comfortable environment would greatly assist him in getting adequate rest!

3. A typhus epidemic has worsened our situation…

The charity's situation is precarious. We continue our efforts, despite the accumulating financial difficulties...

A recent typhus epidemic forced us to launch a large vaccination campaign, which significantly impacted our budget! Currently, we are caring for about 150 cats, which places a constant strain on our resources…
