Flake almost died. And he never recovered from it!

1. We had to put him on a drip

When Flocon first arrived at our shelter, having narrowly escaped death during a rescue operation, he was still very young. So young, in fact, that we had to bottle-feed him.

However, he developed a disease that caused severe dehydration, and only survived thanks to intravenous fluids. It was a struggle to keep him alive. As a result, he has lasting health issues: he has remained small due to failing to receive and benefit from all of the essential nutrients during his growth period.

2. The pellets will give him strength

Flocon always needs a well-balanced diet. This has been and will always be vital for him. His early months have had a lifelong effect, and only pellets can currently provide him with the full range of necessities!
