Lorette is having great difficulty moving due to chronic laminitis!
It is always a huge disappointment to see a campaign fail, it means that the concerned animals will not receive any help. Unfortunately, we can not ship incomplete campaigns.
We want to maximize the help we are all bringing to the animals in distress. Our campaign goals are calculated to balance our storage, delivery and manufacturing costs of the offered products.
Delivering failed campaigns would generate too many costs, which would eventually lead to the bankruptcy of the website and leave all the animals that we could have helped alone...
The delivery of unfinished campaigns is also physically impossible for some products (if only 50% of a kennel is financed: we can not cut it in half).
Our activity is regulated by the french tax law, it forbides us to transfer money instead of the advertised product (article L 548-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code).
For this reason, when a campaign fails, donations are immediately refunded. If they want to, donors can send this money directly to the association.
Our activity is regulated by the french tax law, it forbides us to use the money for anything else than the original use announced in the campaign (article L 548-1).
So, unfortunately, we are not allowed to transfer donations from a campaign to another.
Free clicks are saved before being reallocated to other campaigns (free clicks being immaterial, they are not submited to the same obligations than financial donations).
This campaign failed, it won't be delivered... Collected quantities have been cancelled (payments have been transfered back and free clicks have been saved in a stock).

"Our last bags of kibble are almost empty! For a month now, I’ve been reducing the portions given to the shelter dogs. On the streets, I can only give them stale bread...
We're on a tightrope, we've done a lot of rescues lately. We take in street dogs to prevent them from being picked up by animal control. And we also take dogs from the pound. It’s either that or they get euthanized there... I can't bring myself to let that happen!
The problem is that donations aren’t coming in... And my finances are at rock bottom. I can’t afford to buy new kibble. The dogs are suffering from malnutrition, some have developed illnesses... We desperately need kibble!"
"If we can’t get kibble, it’s going to turn into a tragedy. We’ll be forced to stop all street dog rescues. There will be culling of stray dogs, and the dogs in the pound will have no chance of being saved. They’ll just be good for getting euthanized... I can’t bear to look them in the eyes knowing their fate is sealed!
At the shelter, it will be a horror too. Our protected dogs risk falling seriously ill! I can’t bear the thought of seeing these dogs suffer even more. They’ve already endured so much; they all deserve a better life! We absolutely must gather this kibble to avoid the worst."
"No matter what I do, help is so rare... I am over-indebted to the vet and the kibble supplier. My salary no longer even covers our regular expenses. I’ve organized collections, awareness events: nothing. Our financial situation is disastrous!
I’ve contacted local and international associations, launched donation appeals on social media... Nothing either. The number of dogs in need is too high for our limited means. And people are increasingly reluctant to help us financially. They don’t have the means either! I feel like I’m failing. I’m really afraid of not being able to help these dogs in need anymore..."
"Kibble is our number one need, the most vital and urgent we have right now. Everything depends on it: care, the very survival of our residents. Without kibble, we simply can’t feed them properly. No balanced nutrition, no suitable diet, nothing.
We can no longer carry out our rescue, care, and housing missions under decent conditions. We are simply paralyzed, unable to act concretely in the field with the animals. The entirety of our action with the animals is collapsing!"
"I’ve been fighting for animals for years. I simply cannot sit by and watch dogs being mistreated or abandoned. I give my all for them, but it’s a difficult and sometimes discouraging fight.
The challenges I face are numerous: the financial burden, sleepless nights, the sadness and loneliness of seeing so many animals suffer. But I continue because I believe that every life is worth it. I have a dream: to build a more spacious shelter where dogs can live in better conditions and receive the care they need. There’s still so much to do!"
Animal Webaction has a logistic platform in Morocco, which allows us to intervene quickly and deliver kibble.
When a campaign fails, Animal Webaction cannot deliver the products. The beneficiary doesn't receive anything and the buyers are refunded.
