Zoe is a seven-year-old pooch who was taken from a Reunion Island shelter due to abuse, and then spent two years in a pound before being repatriated to mainland France.
For lack of care over many years, she arrived with mammary tumours and heartworm disease (a condition linked to the presence of a worm inside the heart). Hence, we are going to do our best to treat her.
Upon arrival, Zoe's teeth were in such advanced state of decay that we had to perform extractions and a scaling. Therefore, she can no longer eat dry kibble as she cannot chew at all!
