1. She arrived in a critical state...

River is a 16-year-old mare, who was taken in by our association after being a victim of abuse.

Upon her arrival, her condition was alarming: she was extremely thin, infested with lice, and had a deep wound to the shin caused by barbed wire, which took a while to heal. A year later, she is just beginning to recover, despite our attentive care...

2. With pellets, she could continue to grow stronger

Pellets could play a crucial role in River's ongoing recovery. Enriched with essential vitamins and minerals, these feed would provide her with nutrition that would help support her healing, boost her immune system and improve her overall condition after what she has been through.

3. Accumulated difficulties greatly complicate our mission!

Our association is facing challenging situations to properly care for the 24 animals in need. Unexpected expenses related to the death of one animal and the significant increase in hay costs, which has risen from 9 to 17 euros per bale, have greatly impacted our already limited financial resources.

We work tirelessly to stay the course despite these difficulties. Every day, we strive to provide the best possible care to our animals... Your help would be invaluable for us to continue our mission!
