Pepsie is a 7-year-old dog, whom we repatriated from Reunion. There, he was living in a shelter where he was mistreated. He spent years without seeing daylight, amidst rats and worms! Due to a lack of care, his teeth are very damaged, and he had never received any attention for this before coming to us…

2. He's diagnosed with cancer...

Pepsie has testicular cancer and will need to undergo surgery to have them removed. As it is a heavy procedure, he will need to regain his strength beforehand.

3. Canned food would help him regain energy

Canned dog food could help Pepsie regain his strength before undergoing surgery. It would be easier for him to eat than dry food, given the state of his teeth. Once the surgery is over, such a source of nourishment would also be very valuable for his gradual recovery.

4. The situation is particularly challenging!

We carried out large-scale rescues on the island of Reunion some time ago, which represented many costs. Due to a lack of budget, we had to stop taking in animals from outside the department.
