1. He was going to be slaughtered!

Blacky is a 4-month-old goat kid, who was found on a dairy farm. Like many males on such farms, he was destined for the slaughterhouse. Therefore, we took him under our care, bottle-fed him and placed him in a foster home.

2. Pellets would help him to continue growing

Pellets would provide Blacky with a balanced and suitable diet. This way, he could get a good supply of vitamins and minerals to strengthen his immune system and grow under the best possible conditions.

3. We are short of volunteers and therefore operating slowly...

The cost of pellets has increased and our supplier's stock is depleted. Currently, we are managing 180 animals, including several goat kids, and we are short of volunteers...
