1. She was seriously injured and required surgery...

Liquorice is a 10-year-old female cat that we found wounded in the countryside. She had a fractured jaw and an open mouth, to the point where emergency surgery was necessary!

Afterwards, she was fed through a gastric tube for two months and is just starting to eat again, though with some difficulties.

2. With canned food, she could more easily regain strength

Canned wet and appetising paté would enable Liquorice to replenish her energy without difficulty. Rich in vitamins, such cans would help her recover and get back on her feet more easily.

3. We are overwhelmed!

We are currently managing around 150 animals, which always means a lot of cats to look after, feed, and care for.

Kittens are coming from all directions! Not to mention the rise in the cost of living and abandonments, which are further complicating our already difficult situation...
