1. A virus caused her to lose an eye!

Cigale is a female cat aged about 8 years, which we have had for several years. Unfortunately, she suffers from a chronic case of cat flu and has recently had to have one eye removed due to an ulcer. She is now in recovery and will have to learn to live with this new handicap...

2. Blankets would keep her warm

Blankets would keep Cigale warm while she recovers. This would provide her with a comfortable place to rest and get the sleep she needs.

3. The massive influx of kittens has thrown everything into chaos...

We have had so many kittens arrive that it has become impossible to respond to all requests! At the moment, we are managing around forty kittens. The situation is made even more difficult by the fact that donations are at an all-time low...
