Marius is a 14-year-old donkey, who has a birth defect. When he eats, food sometimes comes out of his nose. We have to constantly make sure he doesn't choke! He is scheduled to see a specialist, to find out more...

2. Pellets would help him regain his strength

Moistened pellets would allow Marius to eat more peacefully. He would be less likely to choke, and could still regain his strength effectively!

3. Hundreds of donkeys need us!

We are accommodating an increasing number of animals in poor health, often very tired. Despite these difficulties, we continue to look after them as best we can... But the management of care and space is becoming increasingly complex.
