Beaten, poor Scout ended up with a broken jaw!

1. He has been abused and has lasting damage...!

Scout is a dog of about two years old, who was beaten by hunters. The blows fractured his jaw, and a tooth ended up embedded in his gum! Without identification or neutering, he was facing euthanasia…

So we took him in. Lacking care and sufficient food, he was skeletal and heavily infested with parasites upon his arrival… He receives antiparasitic treatment and has been identified.

2. He has significant intestinal troubles…

Scout suffers many bouts of diarrhoea, which doesn't help him regain weight. So we are trying to replenish his intestinal flora, to break this vicious cycle. Once he’s in better shape, we will be able to extract the tooth that's stuck in his gum.

3. With canned food, he could regain energy without difficulty

Easily digestible canned food would allow Scout to eat more comfortably, despite the condition of his jaw. Suitable for his intestinal issues, they would help to soothe his diarrhoea. Regaining his appetite would bring great comfort, after all the horrors he has endured…!

4. People can no longer take care of their animals…

We are overwhelmed with abandoned animals lately. Many folks no longer have the financial means to care for their animals, resulting in a significant increase in abandonments…
