Orus has burns on his paws, nose and mouth, making it hard for him to eat!

1. He was gravely burned in a fire…

Orus is a six-year-old cat who was severely burned during a fire at the charity's premises last year. His ears, nose, paws, and inside of his mouth were affected by the flames!

He was, in fact, the one who had to be hospitalised the longest. Since then, he’s been having difficulties eating… As a result, we've been giving him treatments to relieve him as best as we can.

2. Canned food would allow him to eat without pain

A moist diet would be best suited to Orus’ burns. It would be the most gentle way for him to regain his strength after all he has been through. The poultry canned food is the only one he still has an appetite for… it would do him a world of good!

3. The fire ravaged everything!

Since the fire, we’ve been trying to rebuild, but donations are down! Only four cats survived the flames, of which two were severely burned...

Since then, I've taken in about twenty new toms, but resources are scarce, and the necessary care for the animals is costly…
