Lyme disease, stomach tumor, chronic babesiosis: poor Pavot is dealing with a host of serious health issues!

1. He has an inoperable stomach tumour!

Poppy is a horse nearing 22 years old, retired from a riding centre. Recently, he has been eating less. Examinations have unfortunately revealed that he has a stomach tumour, which is inoperable. We can only try to keep him fit in order to slow down its progression as much as possible...

2. He has two chronic diseases...

Poppy also suffers from chronic piroplasmosis and Lyme disease, which cause him muscle pain. Therefore, we administer him a plant-based treatment to relieve his discomfort a bit (it works better on him than anti-inflammatories).

3. Moistened pellets would help him maintain his condition

A supplementation of pellets would help Poppy to maintain his condition and stay fit, despite his various illnesses. We would moisten them for him, to make them more digestible and easier to eat.

4. The situation is more worrying than ever!

We no longer have any income, so I've had to put all my savings into the association! Meanwhile, new animals needed to be cared for, so I couldn't leave them without help. But the grass is becoming scarce and winter is approaching... I am particularly worried about the future!
