1. He has diabetes...

Randorto is an eight-year-old cat, which we took in as a kitten after his mother was hit by a car. One day, the skin on his back split. We took him for tests, which confirmed he has diabetes.

Ever since, he has remained thin, despite receiving two insulin injections a day. He also needs a suitable diet, but we unfortunately don't have the means to buy it.

2. With special canned food, he could gain strength safely

Canned food specially designed for diabetic cats would be perfect for Randorto. They would help regulate his glucose intake and stabilise his blood sugar levels.

The high protein content of such food would also assist in maintaining his muscle mass, while keeping him hydrated. It would be an excellent source of energy for him!
