Mikado was so malnourished that he had become very skinny!

1. He was so thin...

Mikado is a two-year-old horse, that we took in following a seizure. He suffered from a lack of nutrients, making him dangerously underweight upon his arrival six months ago.

We absolutely must supplement his diet, otherwise, he risks experiencing stunted growth!

2. Pellets would help him regain his strength

Rich in vitamins and minerals, pellets would provide Mikado with the essential nutrients he needs. This way, he could continue to gain weight and finish his growth as peacefully as possible.

3. Our resources are increasingly limited...

We are experiencing an increase in the number of animals we need to care for, many of which are in challenging situations. As many centres are already overwhelmed, we are finding ourselves more frequently called upon!
