Stricken with a rare disease, Petunia's leg bones are gradually broadening...

1. She suffers from a rare disease...

Petunia is a nine-year-old dog who we rescued from abusive situations. Originally from the island of Reunion, she suffered from heartworm, as well as other tropical diseases which we've treated.

She also suffers from Cadiot-Ball syndrome, also known as hypertrophic osteopathy. This disease gradually widens bones in her legs.

2. She has an inoperable cyst!

Petunia has a cyst in her lungs, which has turned into an inoperable tumour. For now, she's receiving treatment and isn't in discomfort. Thus, we want to do everything we can to offer her comfortable and happy final years...

3. Canned food will help her regain her strength

A complete and balanced diet with senior canned food would allow Petunia to bounce back in a healthy manner. It would be an excellent source of vitamins and protein, providing her body with the energy to face everyday life. Such a diet would certainly help to lift her spirits!

4. The change in seasons greatly affects the health of animals!

A wave of humidity has weakened the health of the most vulnerable animals. Many have become ill, resulting in unprecedented veterinary expenses!

We are making appeals for donations, but this isn't sufficient to cover all the medical treatments and to buy the necessary food...
