Laminitis, emphysema, dermatitis: Najik is beset with health problems!

1. He has respiratory issues…

Najik is a 24-year-old pony who suffers from heaves and frequently coughs. This is directly related to a hay allergy. To alleviate his symptoms, we have a treatment to administer to him.

2. He suffers from laminitis which hampers his walking!

Najik developed laminitis: his hooves are inflamed, which hinders his mobility. At his age, this disease weakens him.

3. He has skin problems…

Unfortunately, Najik has dermatitis and spends his time scratching. Therefore, we provide him with medication to relieve his itchiness.

4. Pellets would help him regain strength

Moistened pellets could help Najik regain better overall health. By offering him a concentrated and easy-to-eat nutrition source, such supplementation would meet his energy needs this winter.

It would also be a good way for him to easily ingest his various treatments.

5. Financially, the association is in the red!

In this winter period and to withstand the cold, the nutritional needs of our charges increase. But pellets are expensive!

We currently have about a hundred animals in our care, and with the decrease in sponsorships and donations, we are facing difficulties in covering all the costs...
