Pregnant, emaciated and exhausted, Pistache urgently needs to put on weight!

1. We found her in a pitiful state...

Pistache is a goat around 7 years old. We rescued her three weeks ago during a veterinary seizure in the Sarthe region. When the owner found out about the seizure, he locked up all his goats... without feeding them!

When we took her in, Pistache was in a pitiful state. She was extremely thin, and her hooves were so overgrown that she could no longer walk. To make matters worse, she’s pregnant!

2. She's too weak to face all this

Pistache is severely underweight and lacks strength. Her advanced pregnancy is draining her energy, making the situation even more complicated...

3. Pellets to help her hold on

To regain her strength, Pistache needs pellets. These would provide her with the energy and nutrients she needs to recover and carry her pregnancy to term. They’d help her regain some vitality while supporting her weakened body.

4. Soaring costs

Requests for rescue are non-stop. We are already facing extremely high veterinary bills. With more arrivals expected in January, expenses are only going to rise! Some of our animals are also aging and require large amounts of food. This campaign would be a huge help for our animals. We can always dream and believe in Santa Claus...
