Thin, sick and weak, Tanguy is in a very fragile state...

1. She was found in a critical condition...

Tanguy is a young eight-month-old cat, which we found on a feeding site following a report. Upon our arrival, she was so weak that she could no longer move normally.

Completely worn out, she is also very thin and hardly eats anything because she has lost her sense of smell. So, we took her to the vet.

2. She has cat flu!

According to the vet, Tanguy's condition is related to cat flu. She sneezes, her nose is blocked, and she has conjunctivitis. Therefore, we have put her in recovery until she regains her appetite.

3. Suitable canned food could help her regain her health

Appetizing and moist canned food could be of great support to Tanguy. It could be a good way to stimulate her appetite, encouraging her to eat more regularly. She could thus replenish good proteins and vitamins, to regain some weight and get her energy levels back up.

4. A cat flu epidemic hits the association's cats!

We are dealing with a major cat flu epidemic that is affecting our feeding points and the shelter. Many kittens are sick; the treatments are expensive and we are struggling to handle the situation with the few donations received!
