Afflicted by severe kidney failure, Samuel is extremely thin!

1. He has lost a lot of weight due to kidney problems...

Samuel is a seven-year-old cat, who suffers from severe kidney failure. His kidneys are no longer effectively filtering toxins, which exhausts his body considerably. As a result of this, Samuel's weight has plummeted to just 2.5 kg! He is now undergoing treatment in the form of home infusions.

2. Canned food would provide him with the strength to recover

A diet specifically designed to ease the strain on his kidneys would enable Samuel to safely boost his energy levels. It would also be a great opportunity for him to gain a little weight and improve his overall condition.

3. Typhus has wrecked havoc!

Following a typhus outbreak, we’ve incurred immense veterinary costs. Feeding our 70 charges has become a struggle since our budget has been hit hard! We also need blankets to keep them warm this winter…
