Having lost a leg and suffering from poor vision, life is not easy for poor Perle...

1. She is visually impaired…

Perle is a two-year-old cat who is visually impaired. Since she lived outdoors, we took her in and placed her in a foster home to avoid her being in danger outside.

2. She bears the scars of an accident!

When we found her, Perle was limping. One of her hind legs was atrophied, likely as a result of a collision with a car. The vet had to amputate it. She is now adapting as best she can, but life is not always easy for her...

3. To regain strength, she will need canned food

Appetising food would enable Perle to feed herself by being guided by her sense of smell. Replenishing her energy daily in this way would help her stay fit by providing the nutrients her body needs.

5. Many stray cats rely on us!

Last year, we took in 47 new stray cats. We currently have around a hundred stray cats to feed, but our canned food supplies are running dangerously low!
