Baghera is feeling the effects of ageing: she is losing weight and her eyesight is diminishing...

1. With time, her condition is declining...

Baghera is 17 years old. When she was just a tiny kitten, we took her in and fed her with a bottle. She was a real fighter. Today, time is catching up with her... Her eyesight is deteriorating, she's finding it hard to navigate, and she's losing more and more weight.

2. Blankets for a less harsh winter

With warm blankets, Baghera could face the winter differently. She would have a cosy space to snuggle up and keep warm, conserving her energy. At her age, the cold can be merciless!

A bit of comfort could make a massive difference to her, and it would allow her to have peaceful nights after all.

3. Veterinary costs are draining our meager budget

Our shelter has dogs, cats, sheep, goats, ponies, pigs... Sixty animals in total, most of them elderly and needing lots of care. Veterinary costs are skyrocketing, and we can't keep up with donations alone! Taking on everything by myself, I'm struggling to cope...
