Missing teeth, mouth ulcers, trouble eating: Edel has calicivirus!

1. The inside of her mouth is very inflamed!

Edel is a six-year-old cat who lives outdoors. Unfortunately, she has caught a calicivirus. Some of her teeth have fallen out, and ulcers in her mouth are causing her discomfort when chewing. We therefore have a treatment she needs to take.

2. Blankets would keep her warm

With blankets, Edel could find warm shelter during cold winter nights. Her sleep would be more restful and this would increase her chances of overcoming the virus.

3. Typhus has wreaked havoc!

Following a typhus outbreak, we have had to deal with enormous veterinary costs. Feeding our 70 charges has become complicated as our budget has been directly impacted! We also need blankets to keep them warm this winter...
