With his delicate health, poor Tigger was at risk of being euthanised!

1. He's ill and was facing euthanasia...

Tigrou is an eight-year-old cat who carries FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus). He also suffers from chronic gingivitis that makes it hard for him to eat dry food, as he's losing his teeth. Due to various health issues, he was facing euthanasia... We therefore took him in.

2. Canned food would help him regain his strength despite the state of his teeth

Wet food would be easier for Tigrou to consume than dry food. Rich and balanced, such diet would also serve to strengthen him. Consuming good nutrients daily would surely be beneficial to his health!

3. Most of our cats are old or ill...

We look after about twenty cats, most of whom are old or suffering from various diseases. The veterinary costs are therefore high and frequent, but donations are, regrettably, not as forthcoming... which leaves us struggling to cope!
