In a critical condition, poor Yellow had to be hospitalised!

1. He was out of strength and had to be admitted to the hospital...

Yellow is a one-and-a-half-year-old cat, who had a lot of ulcers on his tongue and quite severe cat flu. His nose was bleeding from sneezing too much and his eyes were completely pus-filled!

As he was too weak, we had him hospitalised. During this time, we discovered that he has FIV, which most likely explains his condition…

2. The medication is causing him digestive issues!

Since being admitted, Yellow has been given injections to ease his pain. However, the treatment has upset his gut flora... He sometimes suffers from vomiting and diarrhoea that we cannot alleviate.

3. Suitable canned food would help him regain his strength

A nutrient-dense diet easy to digest would be ideal for Yellow. It would stimulate his appetite and keep him well-hydrated while taking care of his gastrointestinal tract. This way, he could effectively regain his strength and better withstand the cat flu.

4. All the kittens are ill...

The organisation is in a dire situation. All the kittens we had taken in are ill, which is bringing in a lot of expenses. We are just about out of canned food!

Buying more for the hundreds of cats that rely on us is an impossible task with our small budget... We feel powerless and this is why we are asking for your help!
