Missing teeth, thinness, difficulty eating: poor Chantal has gingivitis!

1. She’s been lacking in food!

Chantal is a two-year-old cat, who lived enclosed in an apartment with 22 other cats. She has had a hard life, and suffered from a lack of food. It's not visible through her long fur, but she is dreadfully thin!

2. Her gums are painful...

Sadly, Chantal has gum disease. To soothe her inflamed gums, we've had to extract some teeth that were about to fall out. Now, she is no longer able to eat dry food.

3. Canned food could help her gain weight

Moist and easy-to-swallow food would be ideal for Chantal. Such canned food could help her to regain her strength whilst staying well-hydrated. It sounds like the perfect way for her to put on some weight.
