Carrying leukaemia and a calicivirus, poor Lilou is at the end of her tether!

1. He is very frail…!

Lilou is a cat of around five years, whom we took in after finding him wandering around a housing estate. He was in a great deal of pain! Examinations revealed that he is suffering from leukemia, a disease that weakens his immune system…

2. The inside of his mouth is completely inflamed…

Lilou has also caught calicivirus, which is causing him mouth ulcers and severe oral inflammation. Because eating has become painful, he has lost a lot of weight.

We are therefore giving him an antibiotic treatment, painkillers and anti-inflammatories to help alleviate his discomfort.

3. Blankets would protect him from the dampness

Vulnerable due to his ill health, Lilou could really use a set of blankets. He could huddle under them for recuperative rest, and they would help him maintain his body temperature more easily.

4. Stray cats need our help…!

Our humble resources are primarily dedicated to sterilisation and medical care. We, therefore, no longer have enough means to meet all the food needs of our colonies of abandoned cats! Your help would be precious in coming to the aid of all these distressed animals…!
