1. In France, this association no longer has kibble to feed 60 cats living in the street. Without help, they might die of hunger!

"We're having big problems feeding the 60 or so cats on the streets, we're trying to get food from the supermarkets, kibble or cans, anything. Up until now it's been going pretty well, but that's the limit, we have almost nothing left...

Getting kibble will allow us to make sure we can feed them all, because nowadays we're honestly not sure if we can..."

2. The cats are hunted by the inhabitants of the village: without kibble, they are destined to die!

"Cats are so damaged by life, that if you leave them alone and they eat once a week instead of every day, they will go hunting, so they will catch worms... It's a vicious circle, they'll wither away!

They get stones thrown at them by the locals, so they won't risk being fed by anyone else but us. Either they will die or they will reproduce and there will be even more misery..."

3. Minette hides in an abandoned house: she can only count on the kibble brought by the association to survive ...

"Minette lives with her brothers and sisters in a house that burned down... There's not even a roof anymore! Shelters have been put at the bottom of the garden and every day a volunteer gives them food. The day we have nothing left to bring her, she may not survive these living conditions..."

4. The calls for donations do not work, volunteers have to use their personal funds: they can no longer afford to buy kibble!

"There are no more donations, before Covid 19, we had organized a day to collect donations but people were already giving a lot less. Today, there's nothing left at all. We're using our personal finances, we have already used all our savings...

If the harvest fails we don't know what we will do... we don't know. Now we're paying for it but we can't hold out any longer, we're trying with what we have, but we're all stretched to the limit financially..."

5. The association does not wish to receive any money, only kibbles so that the cats do not starve to death.

"Cats are amputated, there's coryza, there's surgery to be done, dog bites, skinniness, we have to de-worm... It's recurrent, it's all the time, it's a lot of things, we even save cats personally, those that are too fragile to go back to the street, we adopt them.

We are a small association, and despite everything we have endless veterinary expenses..."
