With irritations on her paws and a significant weight loss, Flora needs to be supplemented!

1. She has lesions on her legs...

Flora is a 20-year-old mare, who arrived at our place one month ago. The poor girl has very bad skin problems: her legs are all irritated and itchy.

She scratches herself so much that she has lesions in some places (she even bites herself sometimes!). She is therefore under antibiotic and anti-inflammatory treatment and we have a lotion to apply to her to relieve her a little...

2. She has lost a lot of weight !

Flora was already not fat when we took her in, but with her skin problems the situation has worsened. She keeps losing weight...

3. With pellets, she could gain weight again

With pellets, Flora could regain her strength and hopefully return to a normal weight despite the situation.

4. We have one setback after another...

We are going through a very difficult period: donations are very rare, shops are often out of grain, deliveries are complicated...

The winter has also been very rainy. There is mud everywhere in the fields and very little grass, which forces us to feed the horses only with hay and grain!
